In early 2006, while on a holiday in Scotland, I started to get back my interest in photography, not having done any "serious" camera work since the 1970s.

I started using a Fuji Finepix compact camera, but soon got frustrated with its limitations, I dug out my old Canon EOS 35mm and started using that and getting the films developed and digitised onto disc. I needed a digital SLR!

In February 2007, when the company paid out the annual bonuses, I went shopping and came home with my Canon 400D. By the end of the year it had clocked up over 10,000 shots! I'd like to think they were all good, but lets just say, that perhaps a few were, take a look around this site and see what you think.
